HR leader lunches

Amber Zeise started her career in tech as a recruiter. In addition to building strong candidate pipelines, she was drawn to creating equitable processes and practices that reduced interviewing and hiring biases. In turn, she saw how this made companies safer, more inclusive, places for everyone. The natural next step to achieve those goals was to widen her scope and move into a People role. Now, as Cocoon's Director of People she aims to create an environment built on transparent and consistent practices that enable each employee to do their best work.
